A short policy, because we use very little. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies such as localStorage store data in your browser in the same way. Together they let a site remember things between visits.
Cookies are described as strictly necessary when a site cannot function properly without them, and as optional when they serve analytics, personalisation or advertising. Optional cookies require your consent; strictly necessary ones do not.
2. What this site stores
We store exactly one item, and it is strictly necessary:

This entry contains only the word light or dark. It holds no identifier, is never transmitted to our servers and cannot be used to recognise you on any other website.
3. What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No social media tracking pixels.
- No cross-site behavioural profiling.
- No session recording or heatmap tools.
- No third-party analytics on this website at present.
Because we set no optional cookies, this site displays no cookie consent banner. If we ever introduce analytics or any other non-essential technology, we will ask for your consent first and update this page before it goes live.
4. Third-party services
Two third parties serve content to this site:
- Google Fonts delivers one of the typefaces used in the design.
- Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry) delivers the remaining typefaces.
Both receive your IP address as a technical necessity of serving the font files, but neither sets cookies through this site.
If you later become a client and make a payment, Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention and security. Those are governed by the Stripe Cookie Policy.
5. Controlling what is stored
You can remove the stored theme preference at any time by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings. Doing so simply means the site will follow your operating system's light or dark setting on your next visit. Nothing else is affected.
Every major browser lets you view and delete cookies and site data from its privacy or history settings. Blocking storage entirely will not break this website.
