Marketing sites and single-page campaigns built to load fast, rank well and work on every screen. Hand-written HTML and CSS, or a modern framework — whichever your team can actually maintain after we hand it over.
A logo is the smallest part. You get a working system: type scale, colour palette with contrast ratios checked, logo files in every format you will be asked for, and a written guideline document that survives handover.
Interface design for web and mobile applications: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens and a component library your developers can build from without guessing at spacing or states.
A monthly subscription for sites that are already live: software updates, security patching, uptime monitoring, backups and a set allowance of content or design edits each month.
Plenty of studio websites open with invented client counts and stock-photo teams. We would rather tell you the truth and let you decide — it is the same standard we will hold ourselves to once you are a client.
Kelvane launched in 2026 and we will not pass off template mockups as client work. What we can do is walk you through our process on a call, and take on your first project at a scope small enough that the risk sits with us, not you.
There is no account manager relaying messages between you and a production team you never meet. The person you brief is the person who designs and writes the code, from the first call to launch day.
Full refund within 14 days if we have not started production work, and a documented pro-rata refund after that. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Thirty minutes, free of charge and with no obligation. We work out what you need, whether we are the right studio for it, and roughly what it will cost. If we are not a good fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
You receive a fixed-price proposal listing every deliverable, the schedule, the number of revision rounds included, what is explicitly out of scope, and the payment terms. Nothing begins until you approve it in writing.
Concepts first, then refinement. You see real screens with your real content, not lorem ipsum. Two rounds of revisions are included as standard; further rounds are quoted before any additional work is done.
The approved design is built on a private staging URL you can open at any time to follow progress. We test across browsers and devices, check accessibility contrast, and tune loading performance before anything goes live.
We deploy, connect your domain and analytics, then hand over every source file and login. You own all of it outright. A short walkthrough recording is included so your team can make basic edits without calling us.
One of two things, and your invoice will say which. Project work is a one-off fixed fee for a defined set of deliverables — a website, a brand identity, a set of interface designs — listed line by line in your proposal. Care plans are a monthly subscription covering maintenance of a site that is already live.
You can buy either on its own. A care plan is never a condition of project work.
Project work is split: 50% to reserve your slot and begin, 50% on completion before the final files are handed over. Care plans are billed monthly in advance on the same date each month.
All card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. Prices are in US dollars and charges appear as KELVANE on your statement.
Yes. If you cancel within 14 days of paying your deposit and we have not yet started production work, you receive a full refund with no questions asked. After production begins, you are refunded the portion of the fee covering work not yet delivered.
Care plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing month. The full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You do, completely, once the final invoice is paid. That includes source files, design files and full copyright in the deliverables. We ask only for permission to show the work in our portfolio, and you can decline that without affecting anything else.
Yes. We work with clients worldwide and bill in US dollars. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee, which is outside our control. We do not accept work from individuals or entities subject to US sanctions.
We do not take on adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency token sales, multi-level marketing, or anything designed to mislead the people who will use it. We also turn down projects where the timeline makes good work impossible. Our full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy.
